Discussion on Operation Risk Analysis and Emergency Management Construction of Urban Large-scale Horticultural Exposition

With the development of society, urban large-scale horticultural exposition has increasingly become one manifestations enriching people's lives, but issue safety management always been an important research topic. Taking Beijing World Horticultural Exposition as example, this paper systematically analyzes operation risk exposition, and expounds on characteristics possible risks world from perspective existing nature risks, puts forward construction plan perfecting responsibility system emergency management. It aims to provide a theoretical reference for analysis fairs.
